Well, if you check the Nexus, you will see that there has been a map mod for BZ for months. Too bad the rest of the game didn't improve much, if at all. They did some good work with detailing since the last update. Only thing I like really is the setting with the ice.

Download Map Modīelow zero is just worse in every single way, not just world design and layout. There are so many areas in Below Zero that are just so ridiculously confusing.
It was so helpful to be able to visualise the map in that way. Subnautica was fun but once I found the map mod that someone created, I would never again play Subnautica without the mod.
I really think the developers should look at the map mod that someone created for Subnautica and apply it to Below Zero. I have now played Subnautica BZ for quite a long time and I just cannot get my head around the map layout. I don't know if I am the only one to feel this way but I find the layout of the Subnautica Below Zero world is so much more confusing to learn than the original.
